Store Exchange/Return Policy

Items purchased online may be returned and given store credit with proof of purchase. Items must be in original condition with all tags and must not be worn, used, altered or washed. An exchange must be processed within 14 days of receiving the item.

Steps to process a return:

  1. Contact Blue Star Jeans via email, text or call to receive a pre-approval to exchange an item.
  2. Print order invoice.
  3. Mail item through USPS with printed invoice to return address that will be provided to you via email. Note: All return shipping costs must be paid by the customer. Blue Star Jeans is not responsible for any shipping costs.
  4. When product is received by Blue Star Jeans, a store credit code will be provided via email and text.
